Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the xeseo platform, operated by SEO ("we", "us"), the legal entity you are contracting with. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the service
You may use xeseo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not misuse the service, including through unlawful activity, fraud or spam, infringement of intellectual property, or interference with security (malware, probing, unauthorised scraping). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.
2. Intellectual property and service level
SEO retains all ownership of the xeseo platform, its software, documentation, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. The service is provided without any guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free performance.
3. Payments, subscriptions and refunds
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Our own refund commitment is described in our Refund Policy, which includes a 30-day money-back guarantee.
4. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
5. Data and integrations
You retain ownership of any data you bring into xeseo through uploads or integrations. You grant us permission to process that data solely to provide the service.
6. Limitation of liability
xeseo is provided as-is without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
7. Suspension and termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
